One is aware that having a newborn is challenging on many levels but one level I hadn't fully anticipated {heck, I had no idea exactly what any of this would be like} is just how worrisome it all is. And we both went into this wanting to not be those overly concerned parents. But one little thing crops up after another little thing and before I know it I'm clawing my way up out of the rabbit hole.
But I suppose we live and learn and I predict there's a whole lotta both in our future.
And loving too.
